- Ovulatory phase

The cycle of menstruation begins with the first day of menstrual flow. The days when the spotting goes are called menstrual phase. These discharges last from 3-8 days.
Follicular phase begins at the end of menstruation. All this period, the body is preparing for the intended pregnancy. An endometrium build-up occurs on the wall of the uterus, because if conception occurs, an embryo will attach to this layer of endometrial tissue. If conception has not occurred, then the endometrium (wall) inside the uterus is exfoliated and excreted along with the blood.
Ovulatory phase - this is the shortest period in the cycle and lasts a maximum of 48 hours. At this time, ovulation occurs - the follicle, in which there is a mature egg, burst. It is this exit of the egg that is ready for fertilization, and its short “life” is called ovulation. If conception does not occur at this time, the egg cell dies.
Luteal phase characterized by intense production of the hormone progesterone. With the successful conception, this hormone helps to “get comfortable” and develop the embryo. During pregnancy, its level will increase. If fertilization has not occurred, the level of progesterone declines and the cycle repeats again - menstruation begins.
So, from month to month, strictly according to the calendar, sometimes with a deviation of several days.

A good and affordable tool is the usual parsley seeds. Grind the seeds and in the amount of 1 gram to drink along with a small amount of water.
Menorrhagia(heavy monthly). A great helper will be orange peel. Mix zest with 1.5 liters. water and boil until such time as there is half a liter of product in the tank. Add honey and eat 200 gr. before meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
With heavy periods can such medicinal plants: oak bark, yarrow grass, silverweed, raspberries and strawberries, horsetail.
Dysmenorrhea (painful periods). Such herbs will help to cope with severe pain during critical days: parsley seeds and rue leaves. At a ratio of 2: 1, take the plants and pour 2 cups of boiling water, cook for 15 minutes. Drink a glass of broth per day, divide the reception into 3 parts and drink in big sips.
